You agree to use LoopWork only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized activities;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service;
• Upload or transmit harmful software, viruses, or malicious content; or
• Use the Service in a manner that may damage the Company, the platform, or other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for activities performed through Your Account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or using an Account.

The Company may suspend or restrict access to an Account if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or the security of the Service.

The LoopWork platform, including its software, design, content, trademarks, logos, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without the Company's prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

LoopWork may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Company may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if:

• You violate these Terms;
• Your use of the Service creates a security or operational risk;
• Your use of the Service violates applicable law; or
• The Company needs to discontinue or substantially modify the Service.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately end. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination may remain effective.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company does not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available or uninterrupted;
• The Service will be completely free from errors or defects;
• All issues will be corrected immediately; or
• The Service will meet every specific requirement or expectation of every user.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Your use of LoopWork is also subject to Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect, use, store, and protect Personal Data.

By using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read and understood the applicable Privacy Policy.

If You have a concern or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company through its official support or contact channels.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the appropriate remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
